San Francisco

If you're going to San Francisco
Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you're going to San Francisco
You're gonna meet some gentle people there

For those who come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there
In the streets of San Francisco
Gentle people with flowers in their hair

All across the nation such a strange vibration
People in motion
There's a whole generation with a new explanation
People in motion people in motion

For those who come to San Francisco
Be sure to wear some flowers in your hair
If you come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there

If you come to San Francisco
Summertime will be a love-in there

(De Scott McKenzie, y en la BSO de Forrest Gump)

Nice. I like that song.
I also like bikes and yoghurt. Although not together.

Una canción muy bonita, con una letra que no dice mucho. Prefiero a Tony Bennett, que me define mejor.
I'm going home to my city by the bay.
I left my heart in San Francisco, high on a hill it calls to me
To be where little cable cars climb halfway to the stars.
The morning fog may chill the air, I don't care.
My love waits there in San Francisco, above the blue and windy sea,
When I come home to you, San Francisco, your golden sun will shine for me.

Hombre, es una canción muy hippie, está claro, pero no está nada mal. Y la remezcla que oigo ahora también me gusta mucho, aunque sólo se oiga un poco de la letra.

Y hasta donde yo sé, sí, la letra te define mucho mejor ;)
